ENODIOS is built as an open archive, but personal information is treated as something entrusted at a threshold: handled with care, used only for a clear purpose, and never treated as merchandise.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how ENODIOS LLC handles information gathered through enodios.cx, including information a visitor chooses to provide through the contact form. It applies to this website, not to services operated by other organizations after you leave it.
Information you choose to send
If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, subject, and message. That information is used to read, respond to, and appropriately manage your correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account information through the form.
Form processing and spam prevention
The contact form is structured for a static form service such as Formspree. If a Formspree endpoint is connected, the information submitted through the form will be transmitted to and processed by Formspree under its own terms and privacy practices, in addition to this policy. The form includes a hidden honeypot field intended to help identify automated spam submissions.
Hosting, server logs, and technical information
The hosting provider that serves this website may create standard server logs. These can include an IP address, browser type, referring page, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic information. This information is ordinarily used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting rather than to identify a visitor personally.
Streaming services, media, and external links
ENODIOS links to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Bandcamp, and HRMZ.NET. When you follow one of those links, the destination service may collect information under its own policies. Future embedded music, video, or social-media players may also involve third-party technology. Their handling of information is outside ENODIOS LLC's control.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not currently implement non-essential cookies or an analytics platform. Third-party services reached through links or future embeds may use cookies or comparable technologies. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
How long information is kept
Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining a record of the exchange, meeting legal obligations, or protecting the website and its visitors. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through the contact form, subject to lawful exceptions and records ENODIOS LLC must retain. Use the contact page and clearly state the request. ENODIOS LLC does not sell personal information.
Security and children's privacy
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no route across the internet is entirely without risk. This website is not directed to children under 13, and ENODIOS LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted such information, please request its deletion through the contact page.
